The technological conditions of formation of gold and silver nanoparticles arrays and composite structures "NPs Au (Ag) / ChVS film" sensitive to near-field irradiation are optimized, the processes of formation of surface nanoreliefs in these plasmonic structures are investigated. Element designs (SERS substrates) have been developed for investigating the structure of chalcogenide nanosize ChVS films by surface-enhanced Raman scattering (SERS). The possibility of using plasmonic structures "NPs Au (Ag) / ChVS film" as a sensors of polarization and laser intensity is shown.
