The particle size distribution of grain grinding products was investigated. The characteristics of the constituent elements of the installations are studied. The kinetics of the drying process of the wheat grain grinding product, the influence of the number of parallel determinations on the precision of the measurement result, and the influence on the result of the process of moisture loss by the grinding product are studied. Possible ways to minimize the effect of the process of moisture loss breakdown on the result are proposed. The preliminary results of determining the metrological characteristics of the air-thermal drying unit are obtained.
