The purpose of this work is to study changes in the educational paradigm regarding the interactive forms and methods of course preparation of national personnel of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. Research methods: systematic, analytical, comparative and statistical analyzes, method of situational analysis (case-studies). Main results and novelty of the work: developed conceptual foundations of the educational paradigm of course training of national staff; indicators of changes in the educational paradigm of course preparation are proposed; the necessity of using interactive learning technologies in the course training of national staff is substantiated and the set of forms and methods of interactive learning technologies, the main of which are: discussions, small group work, carousel, method of brainstorming, analysis of stories and situations (scenario), role and business games, project method, forum, modeling, problem-based learning, communicative training, use of pauses, maintaining constant communication with the audience; developed a methodology for evaluating the effectiveness of the use of interactive forms and methods in the course preparation on the available calculation schemes that determine the success rates of learning, and recommendations for its application; developed scientific and methodological recommendations for the introduction of forms and methods of interactive technologies in the practice of course training of military personnel of national personnel and bodies of military management on formation of personnel support of rotation of national personnel.
