The Subject of research is methodical, technical and information-analytical support of the sampling process for the control of the dangers of chemical and radioactive origin. The purpose of the work is to increase the efficiency of State Emergency Service of Ukraine operations while eliminating the consequences of chemical and radioactive emergencies. The quality of the situation control in case of all kinds of accidents and catastrophes that are associated with the circulation of hazardous substances depends largely on methods of sampling for analysis. As the measurement of the composition of a laboratory sample when controlling is usually preceded by experimental sampling and sample preparation operations, its incorrect sampling substantially affects the reliability of the control results. Therefore, the development of sampling recommendations for the control of chemical and radioactive sources is an urgent and important task for the practical units of SES of Ukraine.
