The purpose of the work is to develop generalized models and to create mathematical and physical and technical foundations of barrier micro- and nanostructures of signal processing devices.Research methods - development of models and samples, computer one- and three-dimensional modeling of barrier micro- and nanostructures and devices based on them, experimental research of samples of structures and devices. The developed method of input impedance characteristics allows to obtain new knowledge about the wave properties of barrier micro- and nanostructures and on this basis new effective technical solutions. The proposed and developed method of impedance-inhomogeneities combines the advantages of impedance approach and locally focused properties of -function. Offered and developed models of reactive elements and vibrational structures, unlike known models, are accurate without frequency restriction. Based on these models, technical solutions have been developed with improved selectivity and design parameters. The proposed three-dimensional electromagnetic crystal inhomogeneities significantly extend the range of wave impedances. As a result, the size of the devices is reduced and the filtering quality is significantly improved. The results of research and development are implemented in the educational process in academic disciplines, in the preparation of dissertation and certification works at the radio engineering faculty of KPI them.
