Complex geological structure of the area and the history of its geodynamic development requires the use and the improment of the complex of all available geophysical methods as solving inverse problems of geophysics in each method what is very significant and only the comparison of the results of several methods gives the desired result. The method and the results of using methods of tectonophysics, dense, geomagnetic, geoelectrical, seismotomographical, petromagnetic modeling were distinguished within PMOD. Most of the methods used to study the structure of the crust and methods of the mantle seismotomography and geomagnetism give an idea of the structure of the mantle PMOD. It is shown that the structure of PMOD is exuded from the (Ukrainian shield) USh in many ways. In the gravitational field it corresponds to the maxima highs of gravity - Golovanivsk and Bandurivsk; in magnetic field - also regional maxima - Uman and Anan'yevsk; according to DSS - the largest capacity of the earth' crust in the USh; according to mantle seismotomography data it is the activation zone, to which super mantle fluid corresponds; according to tectonophysical data it was disrupted by many shear zones of faults, which carry in itself rich ore mineralization - noble-rare-earth and some others; according to geoelectric data faults of high conductivity correspond to such zones.
