Quantitative and species composition of useful microorganisms in winter wheat and soybean agrocenoses by organic production technology was investigated. The most common diseases, pests and entomophages were identified. The search of biological preparations effective in protection of winter wheat and soybean crops against diseases and pests was conducted. The influence of organic fertilizer system on the structure of phytopathogenic and entomological complexes of winter wheat has been investigated. A preliminary evaluation of soybean collection and breeding material on a natural infectious background was carried out.
