The research work defines the role and peculiarities of functioning of the internal security system of the State Fiscal Service on the basis of risk-management and in the context of the formation and implementation of the state anti-corruption policy in Ukraine. According to the results of the research, recommendations were made on improving the functioning of the internal security institution of the State Fiscal Service and the corresponding draft legal acts were developed.
