A lower level of medical knowledge was revealed in this category of patients in comparison with residents of the Kharkov region. A comparative analysis of behavioral risk factors revealed a significant advantage of cardiovascular risk factors among immigrants, a low level of quality of life and compliance with drug therapy. Optimal approaches to the correction of risk factors have been developed that increase the effectiveness of monitoring the course of chronic noncommunicable diseases in internally displaced persons.
