During 2019 Ukraine faced with many challenges in humanitarian field: enforcement of national minorities and indigenous people's rights. Key reasons of it was the adoption of Ukrainian law "On functioning of Ukrainian language as an official (state) language" and further implementation of the law "On education", in the part connected with a right of learning and teaching by language of the national minorities.
