Generalized temperature-spectral-baric diagrams allowing the use of these crystals as crystal-optical sensors for temperature and pressure measurements are constructed. The possibility of inducing the "pseudoisotropic" state during the action of uniaxial stresses is revealed. The pressure change of electron polarizability, refraction and parameters of ultraviolet oscillators are analyzed. The calculations from the first principles of the band-energy structure, the density of electronic states and the optical properties of the crystals under study were performed.
