The Cu2FeSnS4 and Cu2FeSn3S8 nanocrystals were obtained by mechanochemical synthesis of nanocomposites using a planetary ball mill and elemental precursors (Cu, Fe, Sn, S). The Ni3d / InSe (Ni) (0001), In / In4Se3 (100), In / InSe (0001) nanosystems have been found to be the basis for the creation of magnetoelectronics devices and for nanoscale devices, such as Schottky or nanotrote arrays. The effect of defects of different nature of interlayer PS (100) of In4Se3 SC on their topography and local density of surface electronic states is investigated. The surface (100) of the In4Se3 crystal has been found to be a perfect natural pattern suitable for forming self-assembled indium nanosystems. The technology of creating metal ordered linear nanostructures (nanowires) on the surface of an In4Se3 layered semiconductor crystal with predicted parameters, such as diameter, length and period in their array (nanowire matrix), has been developed. It is established that the surface of polycrystalline semiconductor material of system 2beta -Ga2O3-SnO2 is suitable for fabrication of semiconductor, electric field controlled devices, metal / semiconductor devices, metal / dielectric / semiconductor with metal control electrode. Color diagrams calculated for solid solutions of Ga-containing oxides Mg1-xZnxGa2O4 (x = 0; 0.25; 0.5; 0.75; 1.0) coactivated by Mn2 + and Eu3 + ions have confirmed the possibility of using these compounds for the development of phosphors with the color of the radiation in the visible spectral range at UV excitation.
