The article of researches is an order of implementation of experimental design works that enter in the complement of project, quality of the got results, problem questions, that arise up during development, introduction and accompaniment of perspective CAS "Management the logistic providing" Military Powers of Ukraine. An aim of work is development of suggestions in relation to the order of organization and realization of scientific and technical accompaniment of project from development, introduction in activity of Militery Powers of Ukraine of CAS "Management the logistic providing" and accompaniment of her during permanent exploitation, development of methodical materials from the evaluation of effectiveness of conduct of project taking into account corresponding experience of leading countries of the world. Methods of researches are an analysis of the systems, approach of the systems, structural-functional method, formalization, generalization. On results work it is suggested to give out methodical materials from the order of realization of scientific and technical accompaniment and evaluation of effectiveness of experimental design works (to the project on the whole) from creation, development, introduction and accompaniment of CAS "Management the logistic providing" Military Powers of Ukraine (АСУ of "ЛЗ" ЗС Ukraine).
