The purpose: to increase the efficiency of providing medical care to patients with HTN and CHD, combined with certain internal diseases, by improving pharmacological therapy, differentiated use of mini-invasive and surgical methods of treatment, optimization of preventive and rehabilitation measures using modern information technologies. Methods: systemic analysis, clinical, laboratory, instrumental, questionnaires, statistical. Data from 1379 patients were analyzed, and a retrospective analysis of 806 cases of ACS/MI was performed. The control group consisted of 53 individuals. A survey of 48 doctors was conducted. For the first time, we conducted a comprehensive analysis of the prevalence of comorbid pathology in patients with CHD, who were on dispensary registration with a cardiologist at the State Institution of Science "Research and Practical Center of Preventive and Clinical Medicine" State Administrative Department, and who underwent percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI). It was determined, that HTN, cerebrovascular disease, atherosclerotic vascular lesions, cardiac arrhythmias and type 2 diabetes were the most common comorbid conditions in patients younger than 75 years who underwent PCI. The analysis of the data of nine-year local departmental registry of patients, suffered from MI, revealed an increase in the incidence of primary PCI in patients with STEMI and NSTEMI during the period of 2010-2018, which was consistent with the national trend. Some pathogenetic factors, associated with the occurrence of MI in young people, have been investigated. Some genetic factorsm associated with the occurrence of thrombotic complications in individuals with reactive changes in peripheral blood, have been identified. We determined the profile of cardiovascular risk factors, associated with high intervisit blood pressure variability. It was proved, that the use of the device for stimulation with biocontrol "Trenar-01" ("Donor" mode) in the rehabilitation of patients with motor deficiency, who suffered a stroke, had a positive effect on the recovery of neurological deficit, and could be recommended for use in neurological and rehabilitation wards to reduce the extent of paresis of the affected limbs and restore arbitrary movements. We clarified data on the clinical profile of pain syndromes in patients with dyscirculatory encephalopathy, features of hemodynamic parameters in people with pain after stroke, as well as gender differences in clinical manifestations of chronic cerebral venous dysfunction syndrome. Key words: cardiovascular disease, risk factors, arterial hypertension, coronary heart disease, multimorbidity, doctors, gout, acute coronary syndrome, myocardial infarction, thrombotic complications, thrombotic complications, cerebral venous insufficiency, blood pressure variability, pain syndrome.
