The surface of implants in restorative medicine is one of the most important problems of modern surgery. The variety of reaction of the recipient tissues to a foreign body that is introduced into the body depends on the immune status. Modern medicine has in its arsenal a wide range of implants of different origin for the restoration of body functions. However, there is a problem of reaction of the body's rejection of exogenous materials, which is manifested by a specific reaction of the body - rejection. In recent years, we have been searching for a solution to this problem. Particular attention in solving this problem is the study of the response of body cells to the surface of various implants. At the present stage of the development of physics, chemistry, biology and medicine, there is an opportunity to bring clarity to the interaction between body tissues and the implant surface at the nanoscale. Performing the above-mentioned scientific researches will allow to increase the efficiency of surgical treatment of patients with certain diseases of vessels, internal and reproductive organs, abdominal wall, joints by further development and introduction of innovative mini-invasive methods, incl. own scientific developments with the use of nano-biosensor technologies, which received patents of Ukraine for inventions. It is planned to reduce the number of intraoperative and postoperative complications by 20-35%, to reduce the time of inpatient treatment of patients by 30-40% and the terms of social and labor rehabilitation by 1.5 times, as well as to reduce the primary disability by 5-15% taking into account the needs to improve the health of the population, which is attached to medical institutions of the State Internal Affairs Department Product Description popup.authors Бойко М.
