Objective: To study the character of the inheritance of quantitative traits in hybrids of common beans on the basis of created source material with improved taste. To study selected perspective material in competition and other breeding nurseries. Research methods: hybridization, selection, field and laboratory studies, production testing, statistical analysis. The main results of the research: the result of breeding work of the department for 2019 creation of gene pool of beans with valuable economic features. New source material, obtained using the method of long-range hybridization, is investigated. The variability of the basic quantitative traits of third-generation bean hybrids and their parental forms was investigated. According to the results of research in competitive variety testing, breeding numbers: 766-18, 772-18, 798-18 and 706-18 were the best compared to the standards for the complex of features. In the previous sort test: 779-18, 704-18, 766-18, 710-18 and 770-18. In the control nursery are allocated numbers: 1587-19, 1501-19, 1509-19, 1567-19, 1589-19, 1707-19, 1719-19, 1721-19, 1749-19, 1833/19, 1885/19. The duration of the growing season - up to 105 days, the optimal plant height and the location of the tip of the lower bean above ground level, relative resistance to the most common diseases, weight of 100 seeds - about 300 grams, the type of plant growth - determinant, the color of the seed coat is mainly white. The selection material (F1 - F2) was evaluated according to the complex of features: height of attachment of the lower bean, duration of the growing season, productivity, type of plant growth.
