The purpose of the work: to study perspective lines in competitive variety testing and other nurseries, and to evaluate pre-selected breeding material. Research methods: field and laboratory, production testing, statistical analysis. Main results of the research: in 2019, 30 crosses were carried out, for which hybrid seeds were obtained in 22 combinations. Commercial varieties, collectible specimens, fascinate and multifloral forms, as well forms with thick pubescence and high protein and wild Ussurian soybeans were used as the parent components. In the breeding nursery 76 homozygous lines were selected for testing in the control nursery next year. The source material for soybean breeding has been created, on the basis of which ultra-ripening, ripening and medium-ripening high-performance breeding numbers have been obtained. The estimation of the hybrid material by the tendency to cracking beans: the highest cracking of beans was recorded in hybrid plants from combinations Arnica / 8904-18 - 7,64%, Jacqueline / Alligator - 5,31%, Jacqueline / Kanata - 5,61%, Pereiaslavka / Opus - 4,59%. In the nature of the inheritance of the duration of the growing season, hybrids were observed both over-dominance of longer duration and incomplete dominance. In the competitive variety testing of all ripeness groups, a number of breeding numbers were selected, which provided a reliable exceedance of the standards in their groups by 1.20-0.56 t / ha. In the control nursery were allocated a number of rooms in combination of the optimal period of vegetation and yield, as well as resistance to lodging and cracking: - 3,21-4,06 t / ha - with the duration of the growing season 115 -121-days, a number of ultra-mature rooms with a duration the vegetation period is 93-97 days and the yield is 2.87-3.02 t / ha.
