The goal of the work. The study of genetic control of the economic traits that most determine yield and adaptability, by establishing the nature of their inheritance, on the basis of which the strategy, methods and schemes of their use in the selection of buckwheat. Research methods. Hybridization of parental forms, inbreeding using individual and "screen" isolation, method of protein electrophoresis in PAGE, field and mathematical and statistical methods. Research results. Using "screen" isolation, valuable genotypes with the investigated signs of determinancy, red and green flowers were obtained and the truth of the obtained hybrids was confirmed. Inheritance of marker features of buckwheat of F1 hybrids has been determined. In all combinations of the crossing of determinant and indeterminant forms in the first generation, the dominance of indeterminacy was observed. When crossing green-floral samples of buckwheat with white-flower variety Ukrainka received the first generation of hybrids with completely white coloring of the flower whisk in all combinations, which confirms the recessive nature of inheritance of this trait. When crossing the red-flowered specimens of buckwheat with the white-flowered variety Ukrainka in the first generation, the hybrids were completely white with a flower whisk in all combinations, which confirms the recessive nature of inheritance of red-flowering. In order to study more fully the influence of maternal and paternal components of hybrids on trait expression and development, F1 hybrid buckwheat combinations were obtained, based on the data obtained from the breeding process strategy, 8 pairs of them by direct and 8 pairs by reciprocal crosses.5481 Product Description popup.authors Таранухо М.П.
