The collections from the excavations at these sites are kept in the Scientific Repository of the Institute of Archaeology, the NAS of Ukraine. The research work resulted in publication of collected articles, a monography and the collected articles prepared for publication, and also the publishing of 53 research papers and conference theses. Repository work of the department is one of the important components. During three years, 100 new collections were received, 19 collections were replenished with the new materials, 116 collections were supplied with new packing and labels, certain collections were verified and labeled. Catalogues of separate categories of archaeological materials were compiled: Ancient Greek terracottas and moulds for their production, bones and archaeozoological materials from Olbia and of the materials from Shestovytsia burial ground. The topographic description of materials from the "Collections from New Building Expeditions" was prepared. Systematized were the numismatic collections from the excavations at Olbia and Berezan and the 11 collections of various periods. More than 1500 objects were selected for the restoration, preserving in vaults or in the special conditions depository and for exposing. When the exposed materials were passed to the exhibitions, each object was supplemented with a detailed description, dating, preservation state and insured value determined. The total amount of repository documentation and accomplishments to the research and informational bases reached about 44 quires. 99 objects were restored and supplied with restoration passports.
