Moreover, the economic impact of the development of this complex, which is the multiplier effect of the funds invested in construction, is noteworthy. Given the influence of external and internal factors of all components on the existence of a building complex, there is an urgent need to reform methodological and methodological approaches to organizational and technological support. Construction of Ukraine, as a sphere of material production, has certain features, in particular, a very high level of depreciation of fixed assets, which, in turn, is explained by the high capital intensity of the industry, high cost of loans, low solvency of customers and lack of own funds of construction enterprises. There is not a great deal of scientific understanding of this issue (with regard to the construction industry), and the existing ones are mainly devoted to specific narrow-profile issues, which are usually resolved at the level of an individual house, district or city. For the further development of construction and the state in general - this, obviously, is not enough. Solving the problems mentioned above, as a whole, would allow the reorientation of the existing building complex to an innovative model of development, the key element of which is specific structural entities - technological parks (hereinafter - "technoparks").
