In the study it was determined that the most common arrhythmia in patients with CHD is atrial flutter - up to 60%. Methods for electrophysiological diagnostics of some types of supraventricular tachycardia (SVT) in the CHD have been developed and improved, namely, atrial tachycardia, all types of atrial flutter, atrial fibrillation and tachycardia associated with auxiliary junction pathways. A technique for determining the mechanism of atrial tachycardia was developed and its effectiveness was scientifically substantiated. Also, an algorithm was proposed to eliminate the typical and atypical atrial flutter.
