It combines scarce and resource principles. The first is describing the effects of destructive information influences in the process of cyber socialization. The second defines the resource of media information in cyber socialization. Psychological mechanisms of civilizational and situative destructive information influences on children and young people in the conditions of hybrid war are determined. Empirical verification of the criteria of destructiveness and a number of developed models and technologies has been conducted. Diagnostic tools have been developed and tested. Among them: Internet risk indicators (technical intervention, media manipulation and cyber victimization), questionnaire of types of patriotism and scale of civic identity, test of mediatized social optimism and questionnaire of vitality (modification, modification, evaluation) . 1463 8th and 10th grade students were interviewed during all-Ukrainian mass survey "Media Literacy and Information Security".
