A five-phase concept of discursive production of anomie is proposed. It is shown that the main mechanism of producing anomie is the process of habitualization of non-regulatory social practices. The main socio-psychological symptoms of negative psychological consequences in the political and legal sphere are systematized and the classification of negative psychological phenomena in the political and legal sphere in the context of Russian military aggression is presented. The provisions on system-forming components and the psychological structure of nihilism in the political and legal sphere were further developed. The process of constructing identity (psychological mechanisms of violation of the process of personality identification, loss of affective-cognitive balance in the implementation of identification choices) is analyzed. Diagnostic criteria for violations of the process of political and legal personality identification ("hybridization" of value priorities and the presence of undeveloped alternatives in the subjective constructions of reality) are highlighted. Understanding of the content and features of manifestations of paternalism in the conditions of military operations is deepened. In particular, actual paternalistic settings of youth under military conflict in the country were identified and peculiarities of their formation were established. The mechanism of the formation of a tolerant attitude to weapons under military conflict is described. The main core that phenomen is provoking an emotional reaction to stimuli that actualize the constructed social problem. A tools for studying negative psychological phenomena accompanying military operations in eastern Ukraine has been developed and tested (two guides for interviews, two questionnaires, three versions of the semantic differential, two versions of the interview and the "Incomplete offers" methodology have been modified).
