M., Registration Date 12-02-2020 Organization Social and Political Psychology Institute of Academy of Pedagogical Sciences popup.description2 The analysis of the dynamics of changes in public opinion about educational reform in the process of transformation of society is carried out, the theoretical findings of domestic and foreign studies on the causes and typical types of resistance to reform in education, ways to take into account the psychological readiness of stakeholders (stakeholders) for educational reforms are summarized. The psychological conditions and substantively meaningful support for specific areas of education reform (twelve-year education, specialized high school, the introduction of the principle of inclusion in the educational space) are revealed. The basic psychological factor of overcoming the resistance to reforms is determined - the approval of partnership interaction between stakeholders of the educational process: teachers, the administration of the educational institution (pedagogical society), as well as schoolchildren and their parents (general public). A research toolkit has been developed to identify the characteristics of the attitude of the pedagogical community and the public towards the implementation of innovations and the psychological readiness of stakeholders. Justified technology for the development of partnerships in education; empirically determined the role of research methods through participation and competition quests for the development of organizational structures and communities attract stakeholders to educational reform and the formation of positive public opinion regarding educational innovations. An empirical study covered 500 respondents. A pilot implementation of the developed technology of the All-Ukrainian contest-quest "Reform is the path to school of my dreams" has been started as part of an all-Ukrainian experiment to form a positive public opinion regarding educational innovations, in which 10 institutions of general secondary education participated.
