Transistor sensors have been designed based on ion-selective transistors with a closed gate (ISPT-VZ) based on an ion-sensitive layer of tin oxide on a conductive substrate, and a standard p-type field transistor as a measuring transducer. The technical documentation for the design and manufacturing technology of ISPT-VZ electrodes and electrical substrate boards has been prepared.
