A number of special liquid plastic cuvettes have been developed and created to measure typical pH-PT electrodes, equipped with a set of holders for the installation of bioselective membranes. The protocols of regeneration and restoration of pH-PT of electrodes by the combined chemical and radiation treatment of the silicon nitride surface of the electrodes have been worked out. The design, basic units and electronic circuits for a new variant of a multichannel measuring converter intended for measuring the pH-PT array of electrodes with a set of different bioselective layers for simultaneous measurements of the basic blood metabolites have been worked out.
