The purpose of the work is scientific and technical substantiation of highly efficient combustion technologies of gaseous fuels in the system of flame stabilizers with special protective coatings and utilization of thermal emissions of boiler plants when heating heat carriers of various purposes and development of general provisions of thermophysics for the creation of polymer micro- and nanocomposites. Effective technology of combustion of gaseous fuels is proposed and the analysis of the effectiveness of the use of protective coatings on heat-stressed sections of stabilizing burner devices is performed. It is justified for new low and medium power gas boilers new complex heat recovery systems using utilized heat for different needs. Thermophysical foundations for the creation of low- and high-thermal polymer micro- and nanocomposites for the production of elements and parts of these systems have been developed and systematic studies of their thermophysical properties have been performed. The social consequences of the project are to improve the energy supply of enterprises in conditions of fuel shortages and increase the employment of the population in the production of heat power equipment and materials.
