For its widespread introduction it is important to have a possibility to obtain the sufficient quantity of planting material. The modified method of micropropagation of actinidiacultivars of M.GryshkoNational Botanical Garden of National academy of sciences of Ukraine selection is proposedon the basis of the completed studies.The shoots of vineswere used directlyfor the introduction into the culture and callus, which was obtained from sterile leaf explants by regeneration,indirectly. The optimum period for introduction into culture is the phase of active growth of actinidiashoots and flowering of plants. To prevent contamination of explants, stepwise sterilization with 70% ethanol, 0.05% thimerosal was effective, followed by the injectionof 300 mg / l of cefotaxime antibioticinto the culture medium. The best medium for culture is MS + 2mg / l IBA and 0.5 mg / l BAP, and for regeneration - MS with 0.2 mg / l TDZ, 25 mg / l vitamins B1, B6 and 12 mg / l sulfuric acid Fe2(SO4)3x9H2O. Maximum regeneration efficiency was 96%.Perlite-basedsubstratewasusedforplantadaptationinvitro, 2-3 weeks later theywereplantedinthesoil.The efficiency of plants adaptation was 50-60%.
