On the basis of the developed criteria of injury the requirements for the cellular structure of the BMM are formulated, the main of which is to ensure the permissible values ??of crew overloads. On the basis of the conducted researches and selected evaluation criteria, the program and methods of mine clearance evaluation of the BMM have been developed and working and design documentation for the production of modular ballistic and mine resistance structures has been developed. The technology of manufacturing of elements of modular structures (specifications) is developed. A measuring and testing complex was created to study and record the performance of ballistic and mine resistance modules of combat armored vehicles and put it into operation. The practical importance of the work is to improve the viability of military equipment, reduce the financial cost of repair and reconstruction work in the fighting in eastern Ukraine, increase the competitiveness of Ukrainian military equipment in the global arms market. The creation of new technologies, the production of efficient energy-absorbing structures and protective structures against ballistic damage will allow to obtain significant economic effect in various sectors of the national economy, including mechanical engineering, automobile and aircraft construction, construction of protective structures, etc., where there is a need to create explosion-proof products and ballistic damage.
