In the course of the project, integrated silicon pressure transducers were developed and created for the system of gas-dynamic model tests of rocket-space complexes with the possibility of recording changes in pressure with an amplitude from 0.6 to 36 MPa and compensation for temperature error in the range of operating temperatures from -55 С. High stability over time and high metrological characteristics of the converter are ensured by the choice of the converter material (silicon) and the integrated technology of its manufacture. Manufactured high-speed integrated pressure transducers are not inferior to the best foreign analogues. R&D results can be used in the electronics industry to create a variety of high-quality mechanical parameters (pressure, acceleration, force, fluid and gas flow).
