The object of study is the armored vehicles of the National Guard of Ukraine. The purpose of the work is to determine the rational types and parameters of armored wheeled vehicles of the units of the National Guard of Ukraine and to create methods of ensuring the required operational properties. Research methods - analysis, synthesis, modern economic and mathematical methods, mathematical modulation of complex systems and solutions to optimization problems.The result of the work is:- substantiated directions of modernization of existing and perspective models of armored wheeled vehicles;- substantiated requirements for the basic (transport) module for samples of armored wheeled vehicles;- reasonable requirements to the indicators of dynamism, economy, security of new and upgraded samples of armored wheeled vehicles. The results of the research work are planned for use in the armored technology department of the Main Department of the National Guard of Ukraine, units and units of the National Guard of Ukraine, as well as in the educational process of the National Academy of the National Guard of Ukraine. The research was conducted according to the plan of research work of the research center of the National Academy of the National Guard of Ukraine.
