It is shown that exactness of recreation of physical sizes in an equal degree depends on metrology characteristics of standards, channels of their amplification path and transformation. The analysis of errors of the complex multivectorial systems of voltages and currents and their influence on exactness of power parameters recreation are conducted. The mathematical models of digital measuring converters are created. The methods of correction of additive, multiplicative, angular errors of measuring of electric power parameters are developed and investigated. A high-voltage DAC mathematical model, that allows on the stage of developing of amplifires on the basis of high-voltage DAC to expect the expected level of nonlinear distortions, is created . The mathematical model for creation high-voltage DAC with distortions of output signal at the level of 0,05% with the set exactness of voltage amplitude recreation was offered. The computer model of amplifier is first developed on the basis of high-voltage DAC, the mathematical models of really existent components are used in that. Тheoretical calculations are confirmed by the conducted design that allows adjusting and improvement of characteristics of sceems on the stage of their constructing. There are next devices, which on the basis of results of the theoretical researches conducted in this work was developed and applied in industry: - the multiphase generator-calibrator ДНСТ- 3, that before was not made in Ukraine, - the measuring transformer of current of class of exactness 0,001, - the primary standard of power and electric energy of class of exactness 0,01.
