The formation of the strategy of foreign economic activity of an enterprise based on the influence of integration and globalization processes is modelled. The features of functioning of JSC "Kirovohrad mining plant management" have been considered, which should be taken into account in the process of forming foreign economic activity management strategy. The processes (stages) of forming foreign economic activity management strategy of the enterprise are investigated. The internal and external conditions on which the formation of foreign economic activity management strategy of the enterprise depends were considered. A number of determinants that are directly related to the activities and processes of forming and implementing the development of the foreign economic activity of JSC “Kirovohrad mining plant management” have been generalized. The main productive guidelines for assessing the capabilities of the defined goals of the organizational and economic support strategy, regarding the formation and implementation of the foreign economic development strategy of the enterprise are systematized. The analysis of global indicators of the secondary kaolin market is carried out. The dynamics of coal mines production in Ukraine are presented and the volumes of export and import of certain enterprises for the period of 2012-2018 are analyzed. An expertise study of internal and external factors that influence the activation of the foreign economic activity of JSC “Kirovohrad mining plant management was conducted”. An algorithm for investment development opportunities under the conditions of European integration changes has been developed. The scientific and methodological approach to the formation and implementation of the strategy of development of foreign economic activity of JSC "Kirovohrad mining plant management" is presented. The economic efficiency of the innovation project in the form of system-synergetic concept of strategic management of foreign economic activity of JSC "Kirovograd ore management" is determined, which will allow to receive more profit, to save money, to get the cumulative effect in the form of certain components, to increase the economic efficiency of external civil law .
