The subject of the research is the main directions of improvement of the legislation of Ukraine in the conditions of European integration processes. The purpose of the study is to determine the main directions of improvement of Ukrainian legislation in the context of European integration processes. Research methodology - epistemological toolkit of dialectical and formal logic, legal hermeneutics and linguistics, axiology and axiomatics of law, anthropological-sociological, formal-dogmatic, comparative-legal, systematic and structural-functional and other methods. Theoretical results of the research: phenomenological and empirical knowledge of the legal mechanisms of improving the legislation of Ukraine in the context of European integration processes, concentrated in scientific articles, abstracts of reports at conferences, monographs, comments, educational methodological recommendations on law enforcement. Practical results of the research: within the limits of monographs, scientific articles, dissertation and master's works, courses of lectures and other scientific publications actual information about the status and tendencies of political and legal development of Ukraine, its constructive practices of law enforcement and interpretation of the provisions of its legislation throughout the validity of the current law are reflected to the relevant institutes of European countries within the European Union and the Council of Europe. Scientific and practical comments on the norms on international cooperation implemented within the framework of Ukraine's European integration are formulated. These developments are important for public administration staff, parliamentarians, courts and law enforcement agencies in the course of their professional activities. Novelty research: Theoretical grounds for successful adaptation of domestic legislation to the legal standards of the highly developed countries of Europe have been created, in accordance with the composition of the rule of law and balanced private interests of specific individuals and organizations with public and legal interests of the state and society as a whole. The ideas formulated by the authors about the content of improving the legislation of Ukraine in the context of European integration processes and based on them working hypotheses correspond to the parameters of exhaustive interpretation of legal norms, their justification through the doctrine in the field of jurisprudence and in other related sciences (philosophy, philosophy, social philosophy, philosophy, social sciences, philosophy) , economics, ethics, etc.), as well as verification of real life facts in the spheres of economic, political, legal and other social relations.
