The green chemical harmless methods of synthesis and doping of ZnSe nanoparticles and their analogs using industrial chemical components were used in the study. The study was conducted in several main areas: 1. Synthesis of ZnSe nanocrystals and their analogs doped with co-activator impurities with controlled sizes, optical and luminescent properties. 2. 2. Investigation of the influence of co-activators on the luminescent properties of ZnSe nanocrystals and their analogs for biomedical imaging and fluorescence tomography. 3. Investigation of the photoconductivity of ZnSe nanocrystals and their analogs for photoelectric applications. Research materials are embodied in the educational process - special courses in physics and applied physics and nanomaterials. Published 3 monographs and 1 textbook. 2 PhD Theses have been prepared and defended.
