The geographic distribution of alleles and haplotypes of the Ppd-D1 gene among the varieties of different agroclimatic zones of Ukraine were established. In all natural zones, genotypes with a dominant allele significantly outweighed the recessive genotypes. A model of the effect of alleles of the Ppd-D1 gene on agronomically important traits of wheat was created, as well as a database of alleles of the investigated wheat varieties by Ppd-1 genes. In the study of 47 soybean varieties and lines, alleles of genes E1, E2, E3, E4, E7 were analysed using microsatellite markers. The recessive alleles of these loci, whose presence does not delay flowering, are more often present among the Ukrainian soybean genetic plasma. Among the dominant alleles of E genes, the most common is E7, which is considered to be the weakest in impact on time to flowering. The influence of the factors of "Alleles of MC loci" on the days to maturation, length of the vegetative period, days to flowering, duration of the period shoots-flowering have been shown. Microsatellite loci Satt100, Satt229, Satt319, Satt354, Satt365, Sat_038 are recommended for use for the certification and registration of soybean varieties.
