The subject of the study were the microbiota of aquatic organisms, algae and coastal waters of the Ukrainian part of the Black Sea. The aim of the study was to conduct a comprehensive microbiological study of hydrobionts, macrophytes and coastal waters of the Ukrainian part of the Black Sea, using NGS technologies with subsequent bioinformative analysis. Using the classical microbiological, modern molecular biological and bioinformatics methods, the taxonomic composition and structure of the microbiota of the Black Sea coastal waters have been determined. For the first time from the Black Sea sponges, isolated representatives of the genus Lactobacillus that have a wide range of biochemical properties, including antagonistic properties and resistance to antibiotics and heavy metals. According to the results obtained, all investigated lactobacilli that were isolated from sponges were assigned to the species L. parabuchneri, L. bifermentans and L. vaccinostercus; lactic acid cocci that we reisolated from mussels were attributed to Lactococcus sp., and actic acid cocci that were isolated from algae assigned to Pediococcus pentosaceus, Enterococcus faecalis, Streptococcus bovis, Leuconostoc mesenteroides. The results are confirmed by PCR. Based on the results of identification based on the analysis of the fatty acid composition, were shown that species of B. subtilis, B. cereus, B. megaterium, and B. pumilus among the sporothyre bacteria is shown. B. subtilis, B. cereus, B. megaterium and B. pumilus were present in sponges and mussels. A consortium of microorganisms was obtained, the use of which contributes to increase the antagonistic activity of bacteria. The technological regulations for the fermentation of algae of the genus Ulva using lactic cocci Pediococcus pentosaceus was obtained Product Description popup.authors
