Aim of work: To establish input of natural and anthropogenic factors and develop scientific foundation of slopes long-term stability forecasting and engineering & hydrodynamic effectiveness of landslide prevention works assessment. Quantitative and qualitative characteristics of the factors that influence landslides development and determine rocks stress-strain behaviour formation and the Black Sea slopes stability have been established. For the first time to establish regularities of engineering & geodynamic processes key parameters' special distribution a set of instrumental measures has been used comprising geodetic levelling, measurement of strain and displacement of hydro-engineering and protective facilities, constructive reinforcing elements of underground collection gallery and offtake drifts with spatial interval 0.75 - 3.0 m. The detailed empirical information on deformation of landslide prevention and other works accumulated during their lifetime (1964-2019) collected in field studies enabled us to determine the hierarchic set of microblocks sizes and reveal frequency interval of spatial distribution of gradient geodynamic zones activation at the Black Sea coastline. Scientific and practical foundation of protective measures' engineering & hydrodynamic effectiveness estimation and forecasting within marine and estuarine coastline in the Northern Black Sea has been received; substantiation of development of new directions of landslide protection facilities' designing and improvement has been given.
