The purpose of research within the framework of the proposed fundamental research topic is o carry out a complex cross-sectoral study of the features and state of legal regulation of public relations arising from the virtualization of the infrastructure of the national economy of Ukraine, to find out the ratio of private and public interests in it in order to determine the optimal legal mechanisms for ensuring the process of virtualization of the infrastructure of the national economy of Ukraine and protection of the rights of subjects management and individuals involved in such relationships. Within the framework of the outlined problems, a complex of questions was conducted, aimed at determining a number of organizational and economic measures that the state should undertake in order to implement projects of virtualization of the Ukrainian economy. The task of disclosing the nature and features of the digital economy, adapting the private sector to the new conditions of virtualization of the infrastructure of the national economy, and properly assessing the role of technology transfer networks in virtualization processes are also integral.
