The novelty of the work is that: - the complex method of forecasting the influence of natural and artificial obstacles on the efficiency of the solar panels functioning is improved, taking into account the coordinates of the location, the angle of inclination of the solar panels and meteorological conditions; Have found further development: - methods of pattern recognition and processing for the assessment of natural and artificial obstacles based on circular shooting of the terrain; - methods of data mining of large data sets for processing experimental data on the dependence of the electric current produced by the solar panel on the angle of inclination of the solar panel and the type of interference. The practical value is that there were developed: - device for circular terrain photography for estimation of the real time illumination depending on natural and artificial obstacles that allows to estimate the real time of location illumination; - laboratory stand for adaptive control of solar panels inclusion in the electric circuit depending on their level of productivity, which allows to carry out experimental researches on the control of solar panels array in order to obtain the maximum power of the produced current in the conditions of shading; - laboratory stands for measuring the parameters of solar panels and environmental parameters in order to implement software for gathering information on technological parameters and the environment; - software for collecting, processing and systematizing data from developed devices and stands for keeping records of electricity generation process taking into account environmental conditions.
