The object of the study is to determine how to treat fruits and vegetables by biological means of plant protection before laying them on long-term storage in the refrigerator. The purpose of the work is to develop methods of processing plant products in order to increase the shelf life of quality plant products in refrigerators and improve the quality of products during storage. The goal is achieved by processing the products with microbiological plant protection products, which makes it possible to reduce rot and shrinkage when stored in the refrigerator. The main strains of fungi and bacteria that lay in the development of biological products have been identified. Complex biological products developed at the Institute are offered. Technologies of processing of production of biological products are defined. Methodical recommendations on the technology of processing of objects of research by biological products are developed.
