Algorithms of branches and bounds were developed and implemented using methods of non-smooth optimization, algorithms for finding exact dual estimates for special non-convex quadratic problems, algorithm for solving systems of linear diophantine equations, algorithm for estimating the number of rational solutions of quadratic equations. The method of analysis of efficiency of systems of variable structure, methods of estimation of efficiency of complex system depending on interaction and resources of subsystems, collections method for forming ontologies of subject areas, methods of constructing optimal central bodies for Laval's nozzle are developed. Mathematical models and algorithms for solving combinatorial recognition problems, problems of mathematical safes, problems on combinatorial configurations, dynamic production and transportation problems and problems of estimation of structural changes and macroeconomic balance have been developed.
