The object of the study - the incidence of intestinal parasitosis, invazovannost different population groups and HIV-positive individuals, the results of immunological, molecular biological and parasitological studies. The purpose of the study is to study the features of the prevalence and species composition of pathogens of intestinal parasites in patients with HIV infection and to determine the prognostic value of indicators of the intensity of intestinal invasions during HIV infection . According to the results of the analysis of statistical forms of the Ministry of health of Ukraine, the growth of the role of opportunistic protozoa as pathogens of intestinal protozoa was established. Infestation by intestinal parasites of adults with intestinal tract disorders ( comparison group-GS) - 676 people and 294 HIV-positive persons was investigated.parasitological, immunological (determination of the number of CD4 cells) and molecular-biological (determination of the level of viral load of HIV - HV HIV) examination of 280 HIV-positive patients receiving and not receiving ART (study group - GI) was Conducted. Invasion of Cryptosporidium spp. was (8.2±1.6)%, GS - (0.4±0.2)%, p<0.001. At the same time, the prevalence of Blastocystis spp. the GI was significantly lower than the GI (14.3±2.0)% and (29.0±1.7)%. The risk group for intestinal infestations are "naive" HIV-positive patients with CD4 less than 200 CL / ml, their infestation with intestinal parasites was the highest and was 45.8%. The average intensity of the allocation of cysts Blastocystis spp. in GI was lower than in GS, the average intensity of the allocation of oocysts Cryptosporidium spp. in HIV-positive patients, the rate was three times higher than in the comparison group. The necessity of parasitological examination of HIV-positive patients has been proved, which is not regulated by the current protocols. During the R & d, 4 utility model patents were obtained, 2 applications for the invention were filed, and 14 presentations were made at conferences. 7 articles in scientific professional journals, including 2 foreign, 7 theses, 1 foreign.
