The goal of the project is to increase the reliability and adequacy of the decisions made, the quality and effectiveness of the professional duties of soldiers of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AF) by creating a new class of information technologies: problem-oriented intelligent optical technologies for human activity management in extreme conditions. The subject of research and development - methods, models, algorithms and information technology of low-intensity light stimulation and correction of FS of AF soldiers. Means of research - at the first stage hardware and software tools of own development were used; at the II and III stages - information technology of low-intensity light stimulation and correction of the functional state of the soldiers of the Armed Forces of Ukraine; models, methods and algorithms for determining and correcting the functional status of the soldiers of the Armed Forces of Ukraine; hardware and software and information technology. The equipment used was an integrated hardware and software system for personnel testing; a computer complex for identifying a soldier by a venous map of the palm; complexes "Psychomat", "Psychophysiologist", complex for determining the level of cognitive functions of the soldier of the photonic matrix "Barva-Flex": optoelectronic complex for determining the microstructural changes of the connective eye. The following scientific and practical results are accepted. 1. The study of the patterns and mechanisms of action of low-intensity light radiation confirmed that the same radiation (wavelength), depending on its own parameters, the functional state of the soldier and environmental conditions can cause both negative and positive changes in the functional status of the military. 2. The efficiency of complex correction of the functional state of soldiers by combinations of audio, video and tactile influences is confirmed experimentally, which causes the performance of professional activity at all stages of production activity. 3. A physico-mathematical model of optical radiation propagation in biological objects and a model of the system of diagnostics of human cognitive functions for the tasks of professional selection of soldiers were developed. 4. An information model has been constructed that reflects the cause and effect of the decisions made and defines the conditions for choosing the best one. 5. The algorithm of adaptive testing for the psychological profile of the AFU soldier is developed. 6. The method of identification of a soldier's personality on a palm vein card is developed. 7. A comprehensive methodology for evaluating the effectiveness of information technology and its components is proposed. 8. The method of studying the cognitive functions of a soldier by introducing the first and second portraits of such functions into his structure has been improved. 9. Technology based on the principles of service-oriented architecture has been created, which has the following advantages: independence of the system from the platform on which it is implemented and development tools; adaptability to user requirements; scalability and development of both hardware and software; possibility of integration with other information technologies and systems; determination of the readiness of the Armed Forces soldiers to perform professional activity in extreme conditions; identification and removal of persons with inappropriate behavior, prevention of misappropriation of appointments to certain positions. 10. Structuring of the mechanism of action of optical radiation on the body of the soldier within the range of the norm of the functional state with the maximum concentration of psychophysiological and information resources of the organism (stimulation), on the one hand, and on the other - with complete relaxation of mental and physiological systems (correction) for the fastest restoration of physical and mental forces. 11. Developed hardware and software and information technology: structural and functional scheme, algorithms, principles and criteria for the creation of NISS IT for stimulation and correction of FS of the Armed Forces soldiers. 12. Testing and field testing of the technology. The project of working method with technology is developed. Scope of work - the project has a dual purpose: the main - military and additional - civilian. The peculiarity of the developed technology is a model - functional principle of its construction, according to which, the nodes and blocks that are part of its structure can be used both separately for diagnostics, stimulation and rehabilitation of human FS, and collectively in a single hardware and software complex that can serve basis for the design of information technology of low-intensity light stimulation and correction of FS of soldiers of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, and on the other justifies the expediency of use in health institutions of Ukraine, sanatorium-to emergency rooms, dispensaries and dispensary.
