Mathematical models and implementation schemes of passive monoimitance logic elements based on half-wave and quarter-wave segments of a transmission line are obtained that perform the logical functions "NOT", "OR" and "AND" when using active resistance as an informative parameter. An adder modulo 2, a beer adder, and an adder based on monoimitance logic elements using active resistance as an informative parameter were developed, and their additional optimization was performed due to the mutual reduction of the length of the transmission line segments. Radio-frequency passive transmitters compatible with single-immitance devices have been developed. On their basis, transponders with single-immittance circuits are proposed: a logical element "OR", "AND", an array of elements "NOT", an array of elements "NOT" with different wave impedances, adders modulo 2, encoder, priority encoder. Computer simulation of such transponders was carried out in the AWR Design Environment 9.00 software package, which confirmed their performance and advantages, and options for their practical use were proposed.
