Methods of research - general methods of theory of similarity and modeling, theory of Markov and semi-Markov processes, methods of statistical analysis based on Gaussian mixtures, methods of linear and nonlinear programming were used for the analysis and solution of the set problems. The steady-state modes of electric networks were modeled on the basis of the node-voltage method. Mathematical algebra, graph theory, decomposition, and object-oriented analysis were used to describe mathematical models and formulate computational algorithms. The method of determination of the integral index of quality of functioning of electric networks with renewable energy sources is developed in the work, which is based on the combination of theories of Markov processes and similarities, which allows to move from vector estimation to scalar. The integrated indicator includes: reliability of electricity supply, quality of electricity and efficiency (minimum losses for transmission of electricity). The basis is adopted "ideal" network, which allows to compare the electrical networks of different configuration and set of consumed and generating capacity without performing technical and economic calculations.
