The purpose of the work is to increase the reliability and efficiency of the analysis and recognition of biomedical images in the system of imagine polarimetry for the evaluation of pathological states of biological tissues by developing a complementary architecture of the system software, hardware methods and optical-electronic means of parallel processing, analysis and classification of polarization-phase images of histological sections of biological tissues and biological fluids films. Methods for two-dimensional reproduction and analysis of the polycrystalline structure of optically thin biological layers by distributing the values of the elements of the Muller matrix were developed estimating pathological changes of biological layers at a wavelength of 0.634 nm, which were supplemented by a complex analysis of the statistical characteristics determined for coordinate and autocorrelational measurements, at the second wavelength of 0.435 nm, which improves the accuracy of the assessment of pathological conditions.
