In the first stage, the Terms of Reference for the Draft Amendment No.1 to DBN V.1.2-6-2008 (hereinafter referred to as DBN) were developed and the first version of the draft Amendments No.1 to DBN was prepared and an explanatory note thereto. Following the publication of the first revision of the draft amendment No.1 to DBN on the web site and sending it to interested organizations, proposals were received and minutes of position approval was drawn up. Taking into account the proposals, a second version of the Draft Amendment No.1 to DBN was elaborated, as well as an Explanatory Note to it and both documents were sent for approval in accordance with Annex B of the Terms of Reference.
