Cytogenetic aberrations have been investigated and analyzed. In 62% of patients, cytogenetic anomalies of various kinds were associated with AML, the variant according to the criteria and requirements of the WHO (2016) modified neoplasia classification of hematopoietic and lymphoid tissues was confirmed. According to marker aberrations: t(15;17)(q22;q11-21), PML /RARA gene, t(8;21)(q22;q22), t(9;22)(q34;q11), 3q21-26 rearrangements risk groups are identified. The complex of the conducted researches provides determination of the variant of AML, which allows to choose the optimal scheme and tactics of treatment and to predict the course of the disease.
