The aim of the study was the creation of a composite material with immobilized enzyme from Bacillus thuringiensis of prolonged proteolytic action using polymers (polyvinyl alcohol and chitosan, cellulose), the study of biochemical, physicochemical and biomedical properties. The effect of alkali and alkaline earth metal ions on the proteolytic activity of the protease Bacillus thuringiensis var. israelensis. It was revealed that metal ions such as Li +, Ca2+, Sr2 +, Mn2 + and Co2 + are peptidase activators and increase the caseinolytic activity of the enzyme by 5-22%, while Cu 2+, Be 2+, Cd2 +, Hg2 +, Cr3 +, Fe3 + inhibit enzyme activity. Random Forest method yielded an adequate QSAR model for predicting enzyme activity. The matrix for immobilization of peptidase is improved by the addition of a plasticizer and the chitosan content is increased.
